the best investment i made from michael's was a heart hole punch! (all of there hole punches were 1/2 off!). i then took old magazines i had laying around, and punched away! (pottery barn magazines were my favorites) after i punched them out i sewed them together (both horizontally and vertically) to create valentine garlands i strung around the house
next, i cut out felt heart shapes, embellished them, stuffed them and sewed them shut to create a heart garland.
more soon!

you are becoming craftier and craftier, my dear friend! i love every single thing you do! i miss you!
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful ideas! I can totally relate to the depression that taking down the Christmas decor can bring and I don't have very many Valentine's decorations so this was truly inspiring! Thanks a bunch!
