9 under $10 summer must-haves..

as the first day of summer was just around a week ago, here's my list of must-haves:

1. fish eye cabarnet sauvignon- $8.99 for those nights on the porch
2. old navy faux leather thong sandals-$7.97 a good alternative to those flip flops you've been wearing that look like they should be used as a 'to and from the shower' for college dorms
3. mozellas belle isle- $9.99 norah jones' upbeat sister, for new listeners try 'four leaf clover'
4. OPI elephantastic nailpolish- $5.00
5. rosebud salve- $5.00 good for lips, dry skin, and diaper rash
6. old navy stainless steel water bottle- $3.99 will keep your cold water cold for those days in the sun
7. charlotte russe medallion shield sunglasses- $5.50
8. f21 handkerchief- $6.81 to tie around that brown or black purse to make it more 'summery'
9. febreze home diffuser in green tea citrus- $7.99 i love this diffuser it's strong but not overbearing!

stranded at the drive-in...

literally, i mean, our car died. a group of friends and i went to the drive-in this weekend to see toy story 3 (highly recommended!) and i snapped a few shots.. i love the drive-in, it's like you jumped in a time machine with the destination date set around 1950. oh and someone jumped our car, huzzah for jumper cables!
