DIY chalkboard plate

i had seen these pottery barn chalkboard plates a while back in their catalog and finally made some of my own. 

what you will need:

plates

chalkboard paint

painters tape/ masking tape

how to:

tape off the plates and paint! i used the regular paint because i couldn't find the spray paint. wait 24 hours before you write on them (p.s. they aren't meant to be eaten off of, in case you didn't already know!)
